NEWS
The exhibition reopens on Monday 18 May with all the necessary precautions.
To ensure the best possible conditions, we have redesigned the organization of the exhibition and readapted the space. Moreover, we hired a prevention and safety expert in hygiene and epidemiology to meet all public health recommendations and expectations.
You will find on this page all measures we are working and and all the necessary information to prepare your visit. In case you wish to see directly a summary, please click here.
Purchasing tickets and the validity of your ticket (purchased before/during the lockdown)
If you already have your ticket: it remains valid and will be accepted upon presentation at the entrance.
Online purchase: we kindly invite you to book your ticket online, choosing a date and time.
Tickets at the entrance: The box office is opened again. It is therefore possible to buy your ticket at the entrance.
Social distancing: Limitation of the number of visitors
The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to both, our online ticketing system, and our manual counting of entries and exits.
The number of simultaneous visitors will go up to 100 people given that our exhibition space covers an area of more than 1000 m2. A maximum number of visitors is also defined for each room of the exhibition.
Marks on the ground will remind you of the safety distances (1.50m between each person). Our staff will be there to ensure that social distances are respected and that everyone wears a mask.
A clear path with directions has been defined to handle the flow of visitors.
We rely on your caution and goodwill towards others to respect the rules and avoid any concentration of people.
To facilitate circulation within the exhibition, we would like to ask you to avoid, when possible, taking bulky items with you, such as large bags.
Extra hygienic precautions: masks, toilets, furniture, hydroalcoholic gel
It is mandatory to wear a mask inside the exhibition. Consequently, we will distribute a mask for free at the entrance to all visitors who are not wearing one. This way, we can all be sure that everyone will respect this measure.
Hydroalcoholic gel: We will place free dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel inside the exhibition. You will be welcome to wash your hands as much as you want. Please note it will be mandatory to disinfect your hands at the entrance.
All the decorations likely to touch visitors (curtains, ornaments, other objects) have been removed in order to avoid contact with common surfaces.
The cloakroom will be closed but you will be able to store (on your own and at your own risk) bulky objects such as strollers in this room. However, we kindly ask you to avoid as much as possible bringing them.
We will offer pastels to visitors interested in enjoying our creative workshop. Your children will be able to keep them afterwards!
We have removed the furniture (benches, chairs, carpets) to avoid any risk of contamination.
The toilets will be cleaned after each use.
Virtual Reality Experience
Our Virtual Reality experience attracts many people and became a great success. We therefore decided to keep it accessible despite the constraints… which are the following:
- We will limit the number of headsets used simultaneously.
- Visitors must wear a mask in this area as well.
- The equipment (including chairs) will be fully disinfected after each use.
- Each visitor will receive a disposable mask for the eyes (to avoid contact between the skin and the helmet) and a hair cap.
